Forwarding
Movement of refrigerated products to and fro Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Products and/or produce ranging from but not limited to: Dairy, poultry, meat, marine, vegetables, fruits, cut-flowers, agricultural, chemical, industrial products that are sensitive to a temperature controlled environment and the maintenance of the cold chain and security of cargo.
Leasing
Lease and storage requirement of above mentioned products on-demand basis either on-trailer, on-land with generator assisted if needed. Units maybe leased on a daily, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. Maintenance contract for said leased and storage units are available. Leasing facilities are available at our different branches.
Land Reefer Van Movement
The movement of fully loaded reefer container by land through truck tractors coupled to a 20 or 40 or 45ft chassis to the client’s sales depot with or without generators. Retain the fully loaded reefer container with chassis to be used as storage or warehouse. Until products are depleted, another fully loaded reefer container is dispatched to replace the just emptied reefer container. Process continues in cycle. Eliminating unnecessary expensive labor cost, fixed investment and optimizing operation cost due to sudden increase in sales. This method saves the following work and processes:
- Eliminates stripping of products
- Eliminates the use of long term lease of refrigerated warehouse
- Eliminates the maintenance of refrigeration equipment
- Eliminates unnecessary holding cost of truckers
- Portability of sales office and warehouse
- Increase in sales achieved instantly without costly investment in refrigeration equipment or construction delay
Mobile Logistic System
Reefer container is used to move stocks through land reefer van movement (LRVM). Reefer is then used as stationary cold store while truck returns to base. Until container is emptied, another fully loaded reefer is dispatched from base to swap the empty reefer van, trucks continuous the cycle to replenish inventory. This method is ideal for land base logistic movement.
Piggyback Logistic System
Reefer van is used as storage at strategic location. Another reefer usually half the size of the storage reefer van is used to replenish stock. This is continuously done to ensure inventory availability. This method is ideal for coast wide (oversea) depots.
Sales
Sales of 10, 20, and 40 footer or off-specification length, brand new, remanufactured, reconditioned, reconfigured refrigerated container units. Also available are insulated vans for dry storage and housing, modular and transportable office and homes.
Monitoring
Monitoring of active reefer container in-transit between ports of call, leased, storage, land reefer van movements as may be required.
Testing
Pre-trip inspection of refrigerated container units prior to deployment in its required route. Unit is subjected to international accepted procedure ensuring the integrity of the unit and box. Thus eliminating break down in-transit, and with leased or storage units.
Conversion
Conversion of container units as insulated dry storage and housing, modular and transportable office and homes.
Painting
Painting of units will protect the system and equipment from rust and environmental deterioration. Due to present of high corrosive element i.e. salt, water oxygen, this process prolong the use of the reefer container.
Repair & Maintenance
Repair and maintenance of various type of reefer containers. This service includes analysis of major refrigeration system, overhaul of compressors, condensers, evaporators, cooling fans, temperature recorders, control system, container structures and insulations.
Generators
Chassis on-board generators are available to ensure the temperature of the product during transit on land. Summer heat of 40 C and monstrous traffic affects the quality of the cold chain.
Trailer mounted chassis are available for instantaneous power requirement on different sites.
Trailer Chassis
Trailer chassis for mounting containers for use as portable storage, office and housing units. Chassis may be detached at site and for ease in transport.
Cool Chain Service
For products or produce that requires ambient temperature to retain its quality and extended its shelf life. Thus simplifying movement and increased cost effectiveness. Uses forced ventilation to keep goods inside the container van at ambient temperature.
Multi-temp
Instant 2-in-1 container for both dry and wet cargo. This provides innovative solution for customers who have both dry and refrigerated cargo which they can ship by just using one (1) container.
Carcass Carrier
Refrigerated containers specifically designed to handle frozen carcasses. Loading of carcasses often creates dents to the walls of the container potentially damaging the equipment. With the carcass carrier, this now can be avoided as the container is built and able to bear the impact of the carcasses eliminating the risk of damage to the containers. |
